Recycling process- Day 4

Cutting a sample...

Recycling process- Day 3

We have the Skytex ready to cut, the ropes classified, and we already collect mostly everything of what we need to continue.
All the new recycled line will be combined with a new colour and a new quality of canvas textile.
We launched a new colour version of our logo stamp, this one in black, we have several new interesting plastic trimmings (this has been a very difficult process in Spain, as most technical trimmings are made in Asia), we have also a new cute-sturdy strap, and the new print design for the linnings!!!

Recycling process- Day 2

Disassembled gliders, awaiting the new materials and components that will be combined with our recycled material. Developed a new print design for the line. New submenu with new models and versions on process.

We have been featured on DesignSpotter weblog!

Adieu, Kapitalismus!

Back from a short trip to Germany, i've been researching on distribution channels. Many things to do still.

Little Book

Our 100 pages book has been finally printed (on recycled paper), just some... because we will print a new edition soon with the new products.

We've stitched some small 'saquitos as protection for the booklet.

A new bag in production

Today we've started the production of a new bag, expecting to upload the photos and introduce this new item during the next days.
I was not having much time to write, many local trips and many things are still in process.
Just a big hoooola, wishing you all a good week!!!

Recycling process- Day 1

Today the lines were took out from the prototypes.

Rope supplier

Today we've been in Crevillente, we spend hundred hours to find a factory, no gps working, no good directions, just a big cahotic industrial estate... Spanish and chinese companies mixted together, and closer to the city the arab bussiness.
The chinesse area importing manufactured products. A labyrinth of huge industrial buildings, such a maze!!!
Old and new, just hectic and fun.

Probably we will work with the cord supplier we've visit, i knew them from Camper, my contact with them was just held by phone and from distance, has been nice to meet the person i talked by phone years ago.
So far we have not needed any rope... but now we need it for the new bags coming!

Housewear- shipping costs

Last week we introduce the new drafting table and the wooden stool, regarding the international shipping costs we had some problems, as we need a lower average price regarding the non european countries... in fact we are working on it right now.
If you are interested on the drafting table or on the wooden stool, just contact us directly and we will quote you, at least till we will get the best solution. Thanks!!!

Just launched the SuperSize Canvas!

After few weeks, finally we've been able to introduce these new options on the website. The price will be 205€ for the art painting, regarding the shipping costs we kept the same ones as the Tarpaulin option: Spain 10€, Europe 30€, International 55€.
Wish you like them! Go to the Wall Arts section or to the photo gallery.

Process

We wanted to develop a briefcase (small document holder) essential and cheap, just to put inside the flight tickets, some documentation... a small bag to be attach inside the other bags, but working also separatly.

We've been developing and testing the patterns, materials... we came to a sample, quite rich, not as we first idea we had, it has several pockets, one with zipper, a hiden one with velcro, another 4 as slope, closure with magnets... used 5 different materials, plus a new one; the rope-lines of a paraglider.

Now we still have the same problem, we've got a beautifull sample, but is not filling the gap we wanted, it is essential and elaborate, but not as cheap as 20€, the price we intended to sell... we have to think about it.

Probably we will develop another one, coming back to the first idea. Probably we will offer two different items, each one in four differnt colours. I think so.
